2. How We Use AI

LGC uses AI tools to support our work — not to replace the expertise, judgment, and relationships our team brings to every engagement. Specifically, AI may assist with:

  • Research and synthesis: Gathering and organizing publicly available information about your sector, peer organizations, and relevant trends
  • Drafting: Producing first drafts of documents, reports, frameworks, and presentations
  • Operational tasks: Scheduling support, formatting, and administrative efficiency


Every deliverable we provide to clients is reviewed, refined, and finalized by LGC consultants.

Strategic guidance, recommendations, and professional judgment come from our team — not from AI.

3. How We Protect Your Information

Client confidentiality is non-negotiable. When AI tools are used in connection with your engagement:

  • Your organization is never identified: Any client-specific information is anonymized before it is used with any AI tool.
  • We only use tools that protect your data: LGC uses a vetted set of AI tools whose privacy policies confirm that user inputs are not used to train their models.
  • Your data stays secure: AI-generated content is stored in LGC’s secure environment — not left in AI platform histories.

4. AI Tools We Use

LGC currently uses:

  • Claude (Anthropic, Pro)
  • ChatGPT (OpenAI, Plus)
  • Sintra (Sintra AI, Business plan)


We may also use other tools commonly accepted in the international development and consulting sector, provided they meet our data protection standards.

5. Meeting Notes and Transcription

If we use an AI transcription tool during a client meeting, we will always ask for your consent beforehand. You may decline at any time. Transcripts are stored securely and deleted when your engagement closes.

6. Your Choice

If you prefer that AI tools not be used in your engagement, simply let us know. We will honor that request.
