Coaching On-Demand Content

There are two broad topic areas in the standard resources of Strong for Performance, and each one contains a wealth of videos, mp3s and articles that instruct:

People Skills – 24 essential interpersonal skills like listening, giving and receiving feedback, and resolving conflict. You learn specific steps for implementing each skill.

Personal Strengths – 40 behavior patterns needed when dealing with adversity, such as courage, perseverance and composure.  You learn strategies for applying the strength in challenging situations.

Additional content ranges from soft-skills, expanding to competencies, leadership development to strategy development, functional skills such as sales management, selling skills…etc.  The content is designed to include learning, reflection, and action planning. You gain clarity, overcome fears, plan and commit to an action plan and take personal responsibility for the results.
